From simple fixtures & tools to continuous motion assembly machines, our mission is to help you reach your goals no matter how large or small. We also support sanitary standards, working with stainless steel and other sanitary materials.
CNC Machining & Manufacturing
Barnes Technical Products offers a full range of CNC machining, manual machining and custom manufacturing services. We design and build our own machining fixtures and offer you an affordable means of getting your parts produced quickly. Whether you need one piece or hundreds, we are dedicated to getting parts into your hands as soon as possible.
We work with a wide variety of materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, sanitary alloys, and plastics. Secondary processes such as anodizing, plating, painting, powder coating and heat treating can be provided to you as well.
In addition to machining, we also offer welding services in-house. We can fabricate custom frames, tanks, stands and other weldments according to your specifications.
If you have your own completed design for a product or piece of equipment, we are happy to build, assemble, and test it to bring your project to life.
Design & Engineering
All of our products and equipment are designed in-house by our team of experienced engineers, and we work with you directly through the entire design process to ensure that all of your needs and goals are met. Our designs are completed using SolidWorks 3D modeling software, and we provide you with native or universal 3D files as well as 2D engineering drawings.
Your project receives a high level of focus and attention to detail whether it’s a small and simple device or a large and complex machine. Our top priority is to supply you with a functional, reliable and safe design that is affordable to produce.
In addition to designing custom equipment, we also help individuals and companies develop and produce prototype devices and products. If your product is just an idea, napkin sketch, or partially designed, we can help turn it into a complete and fully functional design.
